Logistics

The school is targeted to advanced graduates students and postdocs. Faculty are welcome as well. The venue is the Yerevan. Participants will be housed at Olympia Hotel.

Support and hospitality:

The school does not have a registration fee. For those requiring lodging accommodation, we will cap the number at 25. Hence, 25 participants will receive free lodging. Lunch and dinner will be provided to all.

Visas:  

Depending on the country of origin, you may require a visa or an express visa at the airport. More information can be found at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia visa page.

Travel:

Once you register and are accepted, we will communicate with you on the logistics of arriving in Yerevan, travel pointers, and emergency contact information.
